Dave and Chris have decided to offer a one off coaching package for those of you who have a special event in mind. We are talking here of those who want to prepare “properly” for such things as a favourite Sportive, either in the UK or overseas. Things like La Marmotte, The Etape du Tour , and The Stelvio Sportive and Raid Alpine etc.etc.
The package will consist of an initial Ramp Test and 3 hour Consultation to find out “where you are” fitness wise and then a chat about your forthcoming challenge. Dave will then set out a three month training regime, based on the hours you have to train , and building up in a structured and sensible manner to the “Main Event” …
